Grow taller for idiots is actually for idiots. I tried this program and gave my 100%. I did not even grow a millimeter. I was 5.3" in the morning before the program and I'm the same even now. Also, they refused to pay me my money. They are evil and must be punished by the law.

Stretching only stretches you include your muscles and spine etc. If you have poor posture then you may add a inch or 2 depending how poor it is.

This thing is a scam! I used it for about 7 weeks and grew about half an inch and then lost the results a month after I stopped using it!! None of the height is permanent!!
guys i done it for about 8 week and i had good posture be4 starting this so it didnt do anything for me. this is more about making posture better rather than height so DONT BUY IT your better of just doing press ups and sit up gives u better posture than this shit
Everyone is talking about stretching will correct posture, what about stretching for 2 years and see how that goes instead of 6 months especially if u are a adult, if anyone have so, u shud report your progress
