FIRST Week

Exercise 1:

  • Standing position. Feet together.
  • Rolled up towel or bar on the shoulders.
  • Stand very straight.



  • Raise the bar as high as Possible, while inhaling through the nose.
  • Stretch for at least three (3) seconds.
  • Return the bar to the shoulders, exhaling through the mouth. (Think EXterior)



Exercise 2:

  • Standing Position Feet apart.
  • Fingers meshed at the nape of the neck.
  • Elbows well back.
  • Stretch upwards.





  • Bend to the right, keeping the elbows well back and keep ing the legs taut.
  • Exhale through the mouth while bending.
  • Return to centre inhaling through the nose; stretch upwards for a few seconds.
  • Repeat the movement but to the left.
  • Gradually bend lower and lower.


Exercise 3:

  • Standing position. Feet together.
  • Hands on hips. Stretch upwards.






  • This exercise must be done slowly. Bend head and chest backwards inhaling deeply thro ugh the nose.
  • Return to original position, exhaling through the mouth.
  • Stretch upwards for at least three (3) seconds before continuing the exercise.


Exercise 4:

  • Lie down on your side. Completely stretch your body.
  • Use an exercise ramp if you have one.




  • Raise your right leg as high as you can, inhaling through the nose.
  • Stretch for as long as it takes you to say, “I am Growing”.
  • Lower your leg exhaling through the mouth. Repeat any fixed number of times.
  • Now do the same with the left leg for the same number of times.

    I am 5'6 man I would like to be at least 5,8 to 5'9. Well I took a measurement and mark my height spot on my wall. Just after doing these exercises for the third day now and taking proper vitamins, drinking more milk, and getting plenty of sleep, I can already a difference. I feel my bones and muscles starting to stretch. I cant wait to see my results a week from now or even 2 weeks. I am determined and I will grow taller. This is a great program.

    but do you know how many reps we should do for each exercises?
    for example, on the first 1, how many times we raise the bar/inhale then down? just once? and the movement is over, or repeat it?

    but how many times do i preform each individual movement.
    how many times do i preform each stretch? once? once u complete the exercise, do u repeat, say 10 times? or just do the strech once?

    guys... if u follow exactly what the schedule says, u are guarenteed to grow 3-4 inches, and for Kristy.. u need to do the required exercies for the week given at a minimum of 4 weeks, and on top of that you need to eat healthy and get ur minimum amount of sleep ( as i can see, 8 hours )

    I'm 15 and I'm 5'9''. I used to be real tall, but my growth has slowed a bit. If I had kept my percentile (I was at the 93ed) I would be about 5'1.5'' right now. I am looking forward to catching up with all those other 93ed percentilers that recently passed me up by using this program. Hopefully I will make it to my goal of 6'1'' when I'm done growing!

    Dedication and constant stretching when you wake up and before you go to sleep. I was 5ft 8, im now 5 ft 10 and more than happy with that. Stop smoking. Excercise, drink plenty of milk (SKIMMED), Just keep it up. Also be keep reminding yourself you want to grow, which will trick your body into releasing growth hormone. I think the main reason why this works, is because your growth plates open up a little which allows the height increase.

    I have been doing these exercises for the past week and a half, for 15-25 minutes, 4 minutes each individual exercise. Is this enough?

    I measured myself just after I completed a day's session. My height dropped .3 inches. Is it common for height to drop just after doing it? Does it compress any discs in your vertebrae? Will I regain this height and get taller?

    when i woz abot 13 14 i grew to 5'9 and just grew gradually from there to 6'0

    Yes, this will work, but should you already be a healthy weight before you may grow taller, adding extra inches on height without putting on a bit of weight as well, can result in you feeling weaker due to your BMI decreasing. Justa little tip for you, that.

    male, 17 (18 in april), started doing this last january.
    i've only kept up with the stretches until june, then i got lazy, but i did manage to add over an inch to my height.

    i'm gonna say it does work, but there are also other factors to this. i'm no expert, but i can figure out that genetics play a big role, as well as a lot of other things mentioned in this blog, such as nutrition, how well you sleep, HOW you sleep, your posture, how frequently you exercise, etc.

    if i'm not mistaken, these stretches allow you to grow closer to your potential max height. they also encourage good posture, an essential element to growing.

    if you people think after 1-2 weeks this is gonna work then ur rong!...it takes a gd 6months to gain and keep the 3-4 inches...buh u have to carry the doing the stretches if you wanna keep the height uve gained. strt of doing a little bit then gradually increase the amount you do, when stopping.. don't stop all of a sudden, slowly strt decreasing the amount of reps you do.

    I hope this helps, im also visting my doc nxt week about these...cos ive herd ther bad onda long run...ill keep u all up-dated on wat he says.

    dude, what the...I was 161 cm when I was 12 or 13. my mom is 5'3, my dad is 5'7, and by the end of 14, I became 5'8. Don't even worry about it. Now if your 18 and your still that height, thats a different story.

    Im 23 yr old guy and I'm currently 5'3 my goal is to grow 3 to 4 inches. I've read somewhere that age doesn't really matter. These exercises do work but it also takes nuitrition and posture to make it work. A girl I know who is 25 went from 4'10 to 5'1. So now I'm going to try it out. Its JAn11..so in 6 weeks from now I'll give an update as long as I have been consistent with the program I'll post results.

    Yes, 9 cm is possible. However, this takes either an extraordinary amount of time or work. Your choice. I have been lazily doing these for about 3 months and have gained an inch. If you did these exercises for an hour everyday for 6 months, 9 cm is certainly possible.

    Thanks for the reply first of all! Again as you probably already know resistance training helps increases bone density and muscle gain(when eating the right foodS.) Am i correct in thinking that after a work out, using these stretches would help not just help bulk me out and increase the muscle size outwards but also lengthen it?

    Is it more effective to do these exercises in the morning when you wake up or before you go to bed? and for how much time each day? Somehow I believe it would be better to do it before going to bed but I'm not sure. I am 15, 5 foot 5 inch but I would like to grow another 3 inches :)

    To people who keep saying: im (insert age here) years old and will this help? the answer is yes and no.

    Yes because these excersise do increase your height by a couple of inches if done properly and i mean being determined.

    No because the height increase is only temporary and if you manage to get a bad posture again then your height will be back to normal (however you maybe a centimetre or 2 taller than before)

    Basically for these to work you must always keep a good posture.

    Well hey hey hey!!!! Good News For Everybody i am 20 ive been gaining height. When you go to bed do your stretches, when you wake up do your stretches.To be honest i just do one stretching exercise of the ones i know.(Common Ones, on youtube but when i do them they're really intense) A glass of milk in the morning, and 2 hours before you go to bed drink this drink i made up.the drink might seem strange, Well I put Five strawberries, 3tomatos, some cabbage, half a cup of sunny d, half a cup of water, 1mango.(Blend it in a blender, make sure its on liquify) I drink this 25 minutes before i work out too! This is CRITICAL to growing, is that YOU BELIEVE that you will grow. Remind Yourself ALWAYS before going to bed and waking up! What i like to do is go to the mirror in my restroom look at myself and tell myself that with a big ol' smile "I WILL GROW" with full FAITH! I keep telling myself over and over for about 5 minutes top. If You can convince, your sub-concious, no doubt YOU WILL GROW. POSITIVE THINKING will go along way, Trust Me. Also, what i've been analyzing since ive been growing, is that when i do my weight lifting workouts. I work out really really hard, to where my heart is pumping extremely fast. I only take a minute break, then right after the break. I keep going at it, i do this workout for thirty minutes. Then call it a day, i bench press and do diamond push ups. Oh another thing is your breathing,DEEPLY inhale with your nose (make sure your belly sticks out)and exhale threw your mouth(tighten your abz as you exhale). I get 15 minutes of sun, Vitamin D. i dont just sit down and let the sun beam on me. I Take a run around my neighborhood, while im running the sun hits me. Also, right when i wake up i run to a bar hang on it for three minutes top. When im done with that i follow up with touching my toes stretch. Keeping my legs straight as possible, while holding on to my HEEL! It might seem hard at first, but if you keep breathing right it will get easier.(do this for 3 minutes). Make sure you drink PLenty of Water bottles, iDrink about 5 aday now. Well Good LUCK WORLD! I KNOW this will be USEFUL INFORMATION. I Didnt think id grow any more after 18 but i did. So now i know YOU ACTUALLY CAN TOO! DETERMINATION,INTEREST,& PERSISTANCE Will get YOU results! Forget genitics Forget that Your Bones are Fused Crap! Thats all BULLSHIT! YES BULLSHIT, Stay POSITIVE dont even think about those negative beliefs! Now here's something i would like for you to ask yourself, "WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WERE AT YOUR DREAM HEIGHT?"
