- stretch in the morning bout 20-30 mins.
- take a multivitamin tablet, recommended 'Centrum' it includes A to Zinc, everything u need like calcium all vitamins, phosphorus.
- buy some ankle weights wear it and hang your bottom half of ur legs over ur bed, do this beofore u go to sleep for an hour and then go straight to sleep, do not stand up.
- drink a pint of milk, and plenty of water everyday.

Jeez... this article is to HELP you grow not to MAKE you grow... =.= there's no scientifically proven supplement or anything that make you grow... Drinking milk is for kids who are still in growing stages, I think as an adult milk just makes some of us tired and constipated not to mention fat. I think the emphasis should be n eating fruit and veggies, no bread or protein(chicken meat is ok) and getting regular excersise. I think that eating less will put more strain on muscles as you do stuff like walking long distances(best workout according to me). I believe once that happens not only do you loose weight but I think you also grow taller. Eat as many times as your hungry and avoid caffeine and processed stuff. Don't forget, NO MILK at first. If you want to re-introduce it into your diet start small.
