Be Taller with exercise (SECOND Week)
SECOND Week
- Standing Position. Feet together. Hands on hips.
- Stretch, stretch upwards.
- Bend forwards, exhaling deeply through the mouth.
- Stay in this position for three (3) seconds.
- Return to original position inhaling through the nose
- Each day, try to bend down a little further.
- Standing position. Legs well apart.
- Fingers meshed at the nape of the neck
- Before bending backwards, stretch upwards as high as you can.
- Slowly bend backwards inhaling through the nose.
- Return to original position exhaling through the mouth.
- Before resuming the descent, don’t forget to stretch upwards for at least three (3) seconds.
- This stretching principle is essential to the growth process.
Exercise 7:
- Standing position. Feet well apart.
- Long bar resting on the shoulders. Chest out, stomach in.
- Stretch upwards for three (3) seconds.
- Turn your chest to the right and your hips to the left, for the best results.
- Notice that your feet stay in place, that your legs don’t move.
- Return to centre, stretch upwards.
- Now turn chest to the left and hips to the right.
- Gradually increase the tension or twist a little more each day.
- Lie down on your back. Leave your arms at your sides.
- Do this exercise on the floor if you don’t have an exercise ramp.
- Raise your right leg while you stretch the left leg as far as you can.
- Your legs should be as taut as possible and your feet should never touch the floor.
- Repeat for any fixed number of times and use alternate legs.

wait wait i need some explanation here as i may try this.. you mean if i pprolonged those excersizes (by increasing the duration and the amount of reps )and kept doing it for 4 hours in a row for 3 days i will gain 2 inchs ??? has anyone here tried that ?please respond as soon as possible.

be patient u wont see much of a result from the very first week bro.took me around 2 weeks to grow one cm and i used to do them daily for 45 mins plus eating 7 meals a day.. now im on the 5th week and i'v grown 1 inch and a half.

nope its not true i tried it personaly and it didnt work or maybe it works on diffrent people but those excersizes overall do work over 3 to 4 months .

Thanks a lot for these stretches, much more reliable and healthier than any gimmick or pills. People have to realize that if they really want to grow it will be a process that requires time. If there was something out there that instantly made you inches taller, it'd be all over the mainstream market.
And for the 13-15 year olds, you will all most likely grow naturally taller, maybe even drastically. Doing this consistently will give you an even larger boost.

hey for the person who was worried about shrinking:
hey dont worry bout it i think its normal, wha you can try to do is sleep without a pillow and mayb even put the pillow under ur knees at night
then in the morning whn u look at the mirror, pick a spot which you can see in the mirror where your head is at (for me my mirror has a border so my head is just above it) and then every now n then look at that spot and you wil see that u have grown.
I personally see a lot of growth in the morning when i wake up perhaps because my back is most str8 then - i dont know

hi munny i would like to recomend to you a height system which i used for 3 months and gained 2 1/2 inches of height with it. It was not that wasy tho becuz i had to ge on good routine to exercise, eat good foods, sleep lots and always maintain excellent posture which is very hard to remember. hey, i was wondering, if it's better to do the exercises many times and not stretch for a long time or to do it less times but strech for longer? (for example for ex8 is it better to keep ur leg stretched up for 20s like 10 times or to stretch up 40 times for 5s?)

For everyone to know I saw in one these video's that you do all the exercise for 5 reps and 2-3 Sets
for all those ppl asking how many times the exercises have to be done then it is 5 times for day 1, 6 times for day 2 and so on..till the 7th day..it is given in the journals preceeding these exercises.
